The call for poster, oral, and panel presentation abstracts for the 2025 SciTS Conference is now open! The 2025 SciTS Conference will be hosted by the US Food & Drug Administration White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA, from July 28 - July 30, 2025. 

The SciTS Annual Conference is the flagship event of the International Network for the Science of Team Science (INSciTS). It continues to be the premier annual gathering of scholars, practitioners, and providers in the field of Team Science, bringing together a broad range of disciplines to share and advance the latest evidence-based methods in team collaboration and transdisciplinary science. Speakers and attendees will include investigators, administrators, students, funders, and policymakers. Our community includes academia, government, industry, and many other sectors, and spans a multitude of knowledge domain spaces. Anyone interested in improving collaborative research and discovery is welcome!

The abstract categories for this year have changed, and are as follows:

The INSciTS Board have kindly extended the services of the external administration team to help our SIG. We are very grateful for this talented team who will be sending SIG announcements, meeting reminders, and calendar invites going forward. The Admin team and the Co-chairs will be working together to transition calendar invites to the Admin team. Be on the lookout for cancellations and new meeting invites over the next couple of months as we make this transition.

1. To nurture college students' professional development by enhancing their creativity while working in virtual teams, and;
2. To provide faculty with relevant knowledge, expertise, and case examples to assist them in designing and implementing effective virtual team learning experiences in their courses.

We are excited to announce an extraordinary opportunity to join and/or co-lead a new working group that will shape the future of the fields of team science, clinical & translational science, and inter- and transdisciplinarity. This working group will, for the first time, bring together members from three key team science professional societies: the International Network for the Science of Team Science (INSciTS), the Association for Clinical & Translational Science (ACTS), and the Global Alliance for Inter- and Transdisciplinarity (ITD Alliance). More specifically, this initiative is being spearheaded by the INSciTS Education & Training SIG, the ACTS Team Science Professionals SIG, and the ITD Alliance Toolkits & Methods Working Group.
